Class Info
GYMINI's originality is due to the continually changing programme; our classes change on a weekly basis and are tailored to suit each group.
The basic programme is split into four age groups and GYMINIs can progress to the advanced gymnastic classes by arrangement with coaches.
For 4-5 year olds, there is the 'rough and tumble' of GYMINI Judo.
GYMINI 1
1 to 3 years (parent and toddler) - work along with adult/carer.
In this parent and toddler class, GYMINI coaches keep pace with a child's growing skills, providing stimulation to develop the major motor skills such as rolling, running, balancing, jumping, swinging and climbing.
In order to get the most benefit from this programme, we ask that each GYMINI works with an adult carer.
